Adult Camp
Our Adult Camp is designed for adults with Down syndrome who are ready to build meaningful friendships, grow their independence, and experience a weekend rooted in connection, confidence, and community. This isn’t just a getaway. It’s where friendships turn real.

Friendship First
Everything we do centers connection. We cook together. Lead workshops together. Participate in activities together. Relax together.
By the end of the weekend, it’s not volunteers and participants, it’s genuine friendships. The kind that extend beyond camp and into birthday parties, group chats, and everyday life.

Social & Recreation
Low drama. High fun.
Activities are intentionally flexible, yet structured, to encourage organic connection and shared leadership. Participants help lead what they love — karaoke, dance parties, movie nights, games, backyard tournaments, wine tastings, kayaking, hiking, and more.
Come as you are. Bring your dancing shoes.

Balance & Wellness
We believe independence includes wellness.
We incorporate movement and mindfulness like nature walks, meditation, chair workouts, yoga, and group discussions around nutrition and self-care. It’s about building habits that support long-term confidence and autonomy.

Giving Back
Each summer we choose a service project that spreads love beyond our weekend. In 2026, we’ll be decorating onesies for babies with Down syndrome, celebrating community one tiny outfit at a time.
